FAKERS! Chapter 1

In an alternate world, families have hereditary ‘Spirit Powers’: supernatural abilities fueled by the notoriety and influence of dead ancestors. This has changed the course of history, leading to a society parallel to our own but with different social hierarchies, power structures and political intrigues. Roll Vanderboom and her sister Nilly are born into an unremarkable family. Nonetheless, they try to carve out a future for themselves beyond the humble life which society has decided for them.
